So I wanted to let you guys know about this house I checked out this weekend that simply blew me away. “City of the Dead” in mile high marketplace. The house is inside a giant event tent however while your inside you instantly forget, it seems more like a permanent structure then most of the mini mall haunted houses I’ve seen to date.It feels cold dark and lonely the whole way through, From the moment we entered the place it was a nonstop thrill ride of creepy twists and turns through the very realistic city streets (they have real CARS!!!). Sounds were carried all around us not only of the actors and ambiance but also of the screams of other patrons. I don’t mean a quick “oh you just popped out at me” scream, but long blood curtailing “don’t come in here they’re ripping my arms off” kind of scream:eek:. The amount of detail in each of the shops is unmatched in my mind, but be careful, if you take too much time to stop and smell the corpses you may be dragged away by the hoards of zombies that inhabit the city. The actors are absolutely mind blowing. From the sights and sounds and (as gross as it is) the SMELLS that infect this city a good time is guaranteed. I can not rave enough about this. This is not your grandmas “Casper the slightly frightening ghost” house. It’s what I, as a horror enthusiast, always wanted and thought not possible. this is an absolute must see that I’m sure will be defining what goes into a haunted house for years to come.:D

I agree. They had very good costumes, props, and actors. :)
